Brig and I are stepping up our seriousness about exercise and eating right.
And it feels so good!
It feels good to get up early and start the day working up a sweat, and then continuing the day knowing that you did something good for yourself. It’s wondeful!
So, I thought I’d post some of the things that motivate me to do this “be fit” thing, because it’s not just about getting fit, it’s being fit! It’s a lifestyle thing!
And then the REAL reason:

I don’t know what Brig’s “Reasons to be fit” picks would be, but I bet one of them is this:
And our reasons continue to grow!
